Rosa Mezcal was phenomenal! Every worker was friendly, prompt, and experienced. We were treated to chips and salsa the second we sat down. Our order was taken and food came out very quickly. They even brought out our toddlers food first so he could start eating right away. The place was extremely roomy, clean, and modern. All the little things added up to a wonderful meal. The food was incredible. The fish tacos were fresh and the flavors blended very well. We definitely recommend this restaurant.
This is a new restaurant in the area. Parking is on surface streets. During special events, this could cause a problem. The service was amazing. We were seated immediately. Our drink orders were taken and brought to our table quickly. The food was delicious. Everything we tried was excellent. We did order a meal and dessert to go for someone else at home. They had it ready quickly. It was packaged with everything you would need for a to go order. The atmosphere was very nice. There is bar seating, outside tables, along with tables and booths inside. The restaurant is in the old 1884 building. It has a nice feel to it. All in all we were very pleased with our experience. We will definitely be back again soon.
I would like to start by saying the service was good, staff seemed friendly and our waiter was very pleasant and efficient. I went with my family (4 of us) for a fathers day dinner as my dad loves Mexican cuisine. Everyone loved their dishes except me. I got the taquitos verde with beef, but unfortunately the beef seemed a bit overcooked for my liking. Of course one dish does not represent a whole restaurant. My mother loved the salmon and my brother devoured his burrito as well as my dad did not leave any crumbs (I’m not sure what he got). The desserts were great, we had the fried cheesecake and the flan which I would recommend. Im was a bit dark, but I did not find it cold as I have read from other comments. Prices were reasonable especially with drinks included. Good night out with the family. I would definitely try this place again and would recommend others give it a try as well.
Great tasting Mexican food and very friendly service. They just opened, so a few hiccups here and there, however someone was coming over consistently to acknowledge that they were working on it. Food and drinks were great. Really nice building and lots of seating. Highly recommend the pollo Cancun. Chicken was juicy and not dried out. Great flavor. Really good shrimp as well. Happy to see a mezcal drink on the menu, the agave smoky margarita. They didn’t water down or skimp on the alcohol. Was an awesome first experience!
From the start when I walked in to the restaurant I was greeted with friendly smiles and a warm welcome. I went to the bar and again was greeted with a friendly bar staff that quenched my beverage needs along with another pleasant greeting with a basket of warm home made tortious and salsa. I had visited a few times that week and ordered a few great selections that was enjoyable and touched my pallet with tantalizing tastes and a mouth full of flavors that was very satisfying. I started with the ceviche, also had it with octopus another visit, that was very tasteful and well presented. The octopus was another great appetizer that had a great flavor and complimented with a mango salsa. Another visit I ordered the Bacon Double Cheeseburger that was stacked with bacon, avocado, cheese and a special house sauce and served with fries (no bun for im gluten free and they do have great choices for gluten free guests). Another visit I had the chicken street tacos that was also a great choice, i had a side of birria sauce for dipping. While another visit I had the Enchiladas Supremas which consisted of 4 different types of enchiladas that each one had a very distinctive flavor that was also satisfying. Everyone that came in to eat where also very nice and fun and enjoyable to be around. One couple had the Whole Fried Snapper which just by the look of it and the aroma of fresh fish was enough to have a mouth watering experience. I also tried the Mahi Mahi that was very well presented with the flavor to validate the aromas. Everyone that I have spoke with about this authentic gem, all had great things to say about this new adventure here in Eustis. Make the trip, its a must visit.
We had an amazing meal tonight with all my boys! Carlos was a fantastic server and was very helpful with the menu. My family has a New Favorite place to eat at. We are definitely spreading the News around about Rosa Mezcal!
I walked in to friendly faces and a beautiful interior with a lot of seating options and wonderful A/C to beat this heat! The waitress was attentive and kind. And the food was well flavored. Most shockingly, the lunch portions were huge!! This is great value for the price with an enjoyable atmosphere ideal for a nice luncheon with family, friends or coworkers. Hopefully it will stay in Eustis, so please come visit to ensure we get to keep another good restaurant "downtown"!
We finally got a chance to visit and it did not disappoint! The food was delicious and large portions. The drinks were amazing and everything was served quickly. All the staff were helpful even when they were the server. The bathrooms were super clean! The prices are good and the flavor of everything was fantastic! We will be making this place our weekly staple for our Mexican Food. I wish everyone would go and try this place! Additionally music is played there are its low! You can actually talk at the table without shouting. It’s not a club but instead a family friendly restaurant. The best part is the owner came to our table and was so friendly and welcoming.
